We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team at Self Storage Plus Management LLC. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our storage facilities, including leasing, marketing, customer relations, rent collection, maintenance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, marketing, customer relations, rent collection, maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Meet with prospective customers to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about local areas.
- Implement policies and procedures to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure a positive tenant experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that all safety and security requirements are met.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to follow a checklist, prioritize tasks, eliminate distractions, establish a routine, and delegate responsibilities.
- Experience with electronic calendars, such as Microsoft Outlook or Teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
