Exciting opportunity for a Field Operations Manager at a leading staffing solution provider.

This pivotal role involves overseeing and directing the operational team in the field during project execution. The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for managing project scopes while showcasing strong leadership skills to evaluate operations, assess team performance, and serve as a key point of contact between clients, team members, and management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prioritize safety as a fundamental aspect of operations, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and promptly addressing any safety concerns.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate site requirements effectively to the recruitment team for onboarding new personnel.
  • Act as a bridge between clients, management, and field operations, implementing identified improvement strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to field associates, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Possess knowledge of sales strategies and engage with management and clients during site visits.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to ensure efficient task execution.
  • Exhibit initiative, independence, and the ability to follow directives as necessary.
  • Adapt to changing workloads and demonstrate flexibility in responsibilities.
  • Utilize technical applications for managing field operations, with training provided to enhance proficiency.
  • Experience in developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity tracking.
  • Understand the contractual requirements associated with the scope of work.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business and associate information.

Responsibilities:

  • Set performance targets based on client needs and ensure team accountability to meet these goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, including safety and quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach team members on-site to enhance performance.
  • Analyze operations and staff performance to develop strategies for improved efficiency.
  • Assist the recruitment team in selecting suitable candidates for client projects.
  • Utilize technical applications consistently for time tracking and attendance management.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of information related to associates, staff, and clients.
  • Travel to various project sites as required.
  • Commit to fulfilling expected hours to contribute to project success.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in an operations or maintenance management role.
  • At least 10 years in a supervisory capacity, managing multiple departments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
  • Provide positive reinforcement to motivate associates to reach their full potential.
  • Encourage open communication and facilitate cross-team learning opportunities.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues to enhance team efficiency.
  • Recognize opportunities for productivity improvements and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exhibit sound judgment in hiring decisions and organizational adjustments.
  • Possess a strategic mindset to address overarching concerns and determine optimal solutions.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Adjust initiatives and priorities as needed to meet project demands.
