Our client, a leading name in the Telecommunications/Wireless industry, is seeking a dedicated Outside Plant Inspector to enhance their operations. This position offers a long-term career path with significant opportunities for professional development.
Ideal candidates will have expertise in outside plant infrastructure and underground fiber optics. Responsibilities will include verifying permitting processes and right-of-way compliance, along with a solid grasp of safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all necessary permits are secured and that safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
- Conduct inspections of hand holes and splices.
- Travel to various field locations to liaise with general contractors and subcontractors.
- Work outdoors and maintain documentation of weekly activities, including photographic evidence to support work completion.
This role requires driving, and all mileage expenses will be reimbursed.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of fiber optic cabling
- Experience with OSP management
- Familiarity with Outside Plant operations
- Understanding of permitting processes
- Knowledge of right-of-way regulations
