- Act as a communication link between the client, management, and field operations, implementing identified improvement strategies.
- Confidence in guiding, mentoring, and delegating tasks to field personnel.
- Familiarity with horizontal sales and engagement with management and clients on-site.
- Strong analytical skills to ensure timely task execution and project completion.
- Proactive approach, capable of working independently while following established guidelines.
- Adaptability to changes in tasks and workload demands.
- Basic understanding of technical applications used for managing field operation time and attendance (training will be provided).
- Experience in developing and implementing productivity metrics.
- Knowledge of contract requirements and scope of work.
- Integrity in handling confidential business and personnel information.
Responsibilities:
- Set performance targets based on client needs and ensure team accountability to meet these goals.
- Monitor compliance with all operational procedures, including safety and quality standards.
- Lead, manage, mentor, and coach on-site personnel.
- Observe and evaluate operations and staff performance, developing strategies for enhanced efficiency.
- Assist the recruitment team in selecting suitable candidates for client projects.
- Regularly utilize technical applications for time tracking and attendance management.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to personnel and clients.
- Travel to new project sites as necessary.
- Fulfill required hours to ensure project success.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years in an operations or maintenance management role.
- 10+ years in a supervisory capacity with experience managing multiple departments.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Ability to provide positive reinforcement and motivation to encourage associates to reach their full potential.
- Foster an environment for open communication and cross-team learning.
- Identify potential challenges and implement solutions to optimize team efficiency.
- Recognize opportunities for productivity improvements and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong judgment in making hiring decisions and identifying optimal solutions for organizational needs.
- Ability to think strategically and address overarching concerns using available data.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adjust initiatives and priorities as needed.
