Key Responsibilities- Technical Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including OSHA safety procedures.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in mechanical operations, maintenance, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical and plumbing infrastructure, and building maintenance.
