Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including OSHA safety procedures.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in mechanical operations, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical and plumbing infrastructure, and building maintenance.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
