- Provide guidance, mentorship, and delegation to field associates confidently.
- Possess knowledge of horizontal sales and establish connections with management and clients while on-site.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to ensure timely task and project execution.
- Demonstrate initiative, work independently, and follow directions as necessary.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to changing activities and workloads.
- Maintain a working knowledge of technical applications used for managing field operation time and attendance (training will be provided).
- Experience in developing and implementing productivity KPI tracking.
- Understand the requirements outlined in the contract (SOW).
- Uphold integrity regarding confidential business and associate information.
Specific Duties:
- Set performance targets based on client needs and ensure team accountability to achieve and maintain these goals.
- Ensure compliance with all procedures, including safety and quality standards.
- Lead, manage, mentor, and coach associates on-site to foster a productive work environment.
- Observe and analyze operations and staff performance, developing strategies for enhanced efficiency.
- Assist the recruitment team in selecting suitable associates for client locations.
- Utilize technical applications consistently for time tracking and attendance management.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of information related to associates, staff, and clients.
- Travel to new project sites as necessary.
- Fulfill expected hours to contribute to the project's success.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an operations or maintenance managerial capacity.
- 10+ years in a supervisory role with experience managing multiple departments.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and team-building skills.
- Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to motivate associates to perform at their best.
- Encourage an open forum for idea sharing and cross-team learning opportunities.
- Identify potential challenges and develop solutions to maximize team efficiency.
- Recognize opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency as circumstances evolve.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong judgment in making hiring decisions and identifying optimal solutions to support organizational needs.
- Ability to think strategically and address overarching concerns using available data.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Adapt initiatives and priorities as needed.
This is a contract position. Candidates must be willing to travel between various project sites. We look forward to collaborating with qualified candidates.
