Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling registration and checkout processes, and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, execute registration and checkout processes, and provide assistance with guest inquiries and requests.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, maintain a clean and organized environment, and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic computer skills.
