As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, while also assisting with daily operations and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instructing Kids Ninja Warrior Classes and Camps for ages 4-12 (paid training provided)
  • Welcoming and checking-in adults, kids, and families into the gym for yoga classes, fitness classes, kids classes, birthday parties, and open play times
  • Selling services, snacks, drinks, and retail
  • Helping to monitor children in the play area during birthday parties, open play, camps, and drop-off events
  • Conversing and connecting with kids and families, answering any questions they may have
  • Answering phone calls
  • Assisting with daily cleaning tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, particularly in a preschool or K-8 setting
  • Sports coaching experience
