Job Summary:

As a Night Auditor at Four Winds Casino, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain a working knowledge of the property and special events. You will be responsible for auditing all guest records, verifying credit card approvals, and posting room and tax charges to guest accounts. Additionally, you will assist with duties related to housekeeping and front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the property and special events to advise guests.
  • Respond to guests' requests or inquiries courteously and promptly.
  • Prepare and distribute management reports to hotel administration and the Finance Department.
  • Audit all guest records and verify credit card approvals.
  • Post room and tax charges to guest accounts.
  • Assist with duties related to housekeeping and front desk operations.


Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, you must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year of accounting or audit experience. Previous hotel/motel experience is preferred. You must also possess effective communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain a professional, positive demeanor in stressful situations. This position requires a Level 4 Gaming License.

Working Conditions:

The work environment is typically moderate, with a casino environment that is usually smoky. You will be required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
