Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at the Jewish Community Center Association of Indianapolis Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create a vibrant and inclusive staff culture that aligns with our mission and values.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage employee lifecycle milestones, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, including life cycle management of employees.
  • SHRM-CP certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience in staff supervision is a plus.
