Job Summary

Serving as a strategic leadership member, the Human Resources Director will play a pivotal role in the organization's success through all phases of the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to facility management and employees, ensuring consistent employment practices.
  • Conduct recruitment, including advertising, internal job posting, application screening, and coordination of interviewing.
  • Maintain personnel files, including training records and new hire paperwork.
  • Provide expert guidance on policy interpretation and HR functional areas.
  • Work with managers to resolve and prevent employee relations issues through coaching and training.
  • Verify licenses and ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Handle complex employee relations and HR issues with organizational impact or legal ramifications.
  • Advise managers on performance management, workforce planning, and compensation.
  • Enter and maintain employee information in UltiPro (HRIS).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or Business.
  • Three to five years' experience in a Human Resources role, with demonstrable knowledge of recruitment, selection, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and HR information systems.
  • Experience with licensing through state, JC, and CMS surveys.
  • Working knowledge of HR guidelines.
Licenses/Designations/Certifications
  • Professional certification in Human Resources, preferred.
