Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and mission-oriented Project-Based Learning Facilitator to join our team at Girls Global Academy. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will play a critical role in implementing our curriculum with fidelity and creating engaging lessons that inspire our students to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project-based learning experiences that align with our curriculum standards
  • Use student data to drive instructional decisions and develop assessments that measure student learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary curriculum plans
  • Use a wide range of technologies and strategies to differentiate instruction and meet the needs of diverse learners

Qualifications:

  • Certification in a relevant field and a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) with a concentration in a content area
  • Secondary classroom experience in an urban context (three years preferred)
  • Solid and demonstrable teaching experience working with a variety of student academic levels
  • Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, classroom management, and adaptive teaching
