Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at บริษัท บาเซโลนา มอเตอร์ จำกัด. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a focus on employee engagement and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect and analyze training needs based on our competency management system, business objectives, and employees' performance reviews to build an annual training plan and design suitable training programs.

• Adapt and apply various learning methods (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, on-the-job training) and approaches (e.g., design thinking, micro learning, agile) to meet our IDP targets.

• Lead interactions with internal stakeholders on development strategies, communication plans, customized development plans, and training platforms to ensure stakeholder needs are met.

• Initiate employee engagement events and activities, HR communications to promote L&D and VOE satisfaction rates.

• Monitor and control budgets.

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least 5-7 years of working experience in Learning and Development and employee engagement events and activities.

• Experience with group facilitation, training, training and development design, and job design is preferred.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, project management, stakeholder management, and self-motivation.

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Competent in computer programs MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
