Job Overview

Compensation: $19 - $23 per hour
Shift: First
Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education Requirement: High School Diploma


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients with a friendly demeanor and assist them during their visit.
  • Collect precise demographic and contact details from patients.
  • Confirm insurance coverage and ensure its accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with medical personnel and various departments to facilitate efficient operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar position
  • High School Diploma
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly EPIC
