Westside Family Healthcare is a nonprofit entity focused on delivering high-quality primary medical services without consideration of the patient's financial situation. Enrollment Specialists play a crucial role in eliminating financial obstacles to healthcare by linking uninsured individuals, including WFH patients, to programs that enhance healthcare affordability. These specialists not only educate individuals about various affordable health coverage options through personalized interactions and outreach initiatives but also guide them through the application and enrollment processes for state and federal insurance assistance programs. Such programs encompass Medicaid, CHIP, the Health Insurance Marketplace, Health Care Connection (HCC), and Screening for Life (SFL). Furthermore, Enrollment Specialists support WFH patients in enrolling in sliding fee scales and external medication assistance initiatives. OUR MISSION: To enhance the health of our communities by ensuring equitable access to quality healthcare, regardless of financial circumstances.

OUR BENEFITS: Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions, and supplemental insurance options. We provide a generous paid time off (PTO) policy and flexible arrangements to promote work-life balance. Westside Family Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values diversity.
