The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, a creative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years of experience in designing projects evaluated by California's Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) is essential.
Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
Experience with AutoCAD is highly desirable.
Knowledge of building codes and standards is required.
EDUCATION:
A Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) is required.
Licensure in California is strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and oversee Healthcare projects of various scales, from initial feasibility studies to construction administration.
- Engage with clients and consulting teams effectively.
- Coordinate design and production throughout all project phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Support bid period and construction administration services, including site visits and coordination.
