Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the complete lifecycle of complex technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and maintenance of high-quality standards.
  • Agile Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, promoting a collaborative team atmosphere and eliminating obstacles to project success.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, IT personnel, and business leaders, to align project objectives and achieve successful results.
  • Employee Advocacy: Gather and interpret employee feedback to inform project requirements, ensuring a focus on user needs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Stay informed about emerging technologies and demonstrate expertise in common productivity tools.
  • Communication & Reporting: Deliver clear project updates to stakeholders, maintain comprehensive documentation, and monitor key performance indicators.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects.
  • 2+ years of experience within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
  • 5+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in software development or IT, including:
    • Agile Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with a proven record of successful project delivery.
    • Metrics Tracking: Experience utilizing Agile dashboards for performance tracking.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
    • Self-Motivated: Proactive and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
    • Analytical Thinker: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
    • Customer-Centric: Commitment to enhancing employee experiences through technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar.
  • SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Practitioner certification.
