Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the migration of enterprise data to the cloud and oversee the decommissioning of on-premises systems.
- Manage various sub-projects within the program, leading discussions and resolving issues as they arise.
- Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, blockers, and risks.
- Conduct scrum meetings to identify and address obstacles faced by the team.
- Escalate unresolved issues and ensure a clear path to resolution.
- Establish a roadmap for assigned projects.
- Gather and analyze data-driven metrics to measure project success.
Essential Qualifications and Technical Expertise:
- Database experience: 5 to 10 years
- Batch processing knowledge: 5 years
- Experience with Azure cloud: 3 to 5 years
- Familiarity with data lake migration processes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and drive decision-making.
