Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure the team maintains compliance with Scrum practices and principles. - Support Team Dynamics:
Assist the team in reaching their objectives by eliminating obstacles and cultivating a conducive work environment. Provide coaching on agile best practices. - Enhance Collaboration:
Act as a bridge between the Data & Analytics team and stakeholders, promoting effective communication and teamwork across departments. - Sprint Planning and Delivery:
Guide the team in defining and prioritizing tasks for each sprint, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. - Foster Continuous Improvement:
Encourage a culture of innovation and improvement. Conduct regular retrospectives to identify enhancement opportunities and implement necessary adjustments. - Metrics and Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team effectiveness and project progress. Provide updates to stakeholders regarding project statuses. - Risk Assessment:
Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies. Ensure proactive resolution of issues faced by the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within a Data & Analytics or software development context.
- Strong grasp of agile principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Developer.
- Knowledge of big data, data & analytics, Databricks, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
