The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and have a robust background in IT project management. This role requires a unique combination of technical project management skills, agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of employee needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project execution of intricate technical initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and maintenance of high-quality standards.
  • Agile Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere and addressing obstacles to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, IT, and business leaders, to align project objectives and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Employee Advocacy: Recognize and champion employee needs, collecting feedback and translating insights into actionable project requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Exhibit expertise in common workplace productivity tools and remain informed about emerging technologies.
  • Communication & Reporting: Deliver clear and concise project updates to stakeholders, develop comprehensive documentation, and monitor key performance indicators.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within a software development or IT context, with expertise in:
    • Agile Methodologies: Profound understanding of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and a proven track record of successful Agile project delivery.
    • Agile Metrics: Experience utilizing agile dashboards to monitor project metrics.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
    • Self-Motivated: Proactive, independent, and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a passion for developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
    • Customer-Centric: Commitment to delivering exceptional employee experiences through technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar credentials.
  • SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Practitioner certification.
