Job Summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our fitness clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide EPIC greetings and farewells to all members and guests
  • Check members into the gym using proper procedures
  • Register guests into the gym using proper registration procedures
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally
  • Assist with routing telephone inquiries and directing guests to the appropriate Fitness Consultant
  • Serve as a primary point of contact and communication hub for members, guests, and teammates
ProShop Pro

We offer a wide range of products and services to enhance our members' fitness experience, including drinks, snacks, supplements, and FitCo gear. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling these products, meeting and exceeding daily and monthly sales goals, and maintaining a clean and organized ProShop area.

Member & Club Services

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that every member experiences the best that Fitness Connection has to offer. This includes completing member and guest check-ins, monitoring check-ins to identify delinquent accounts, and updating member information. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with the entire club team and supporting other teammates in achieving their goals.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
  • Ability to interpret business communications and understand company policies and procedures
  • Physical demands include bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, hopping, spinning, and kicking, and the ability to lift 50 pounds
