  • Scan membership IDs and update accounts as needed
  • Answer phones and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide assistance with membership-related tasks and resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our members
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including opening, closing, and mid-day shifts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
  • Aid other departments with related tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable, professional, and computer literate
  • Preferably interested in health, fitness, and/or sports
  • Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing, with excellent communication skills

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform all essential physical aspects of the position, including standing for long periods, sitting, walking, squatting, stooping, reaching, and bending
  • Ability to perform pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs
