Position: Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Accurately monitor and record vital signs.
  • Measure and document residents' height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
  • Recognize and report any unusual changes in residents' health to a supervisor.
  • Assist residents with medication reminders, personal hygiene, and daily living activities.
  • Support resident transfers, positioning, and mobility.
  • Provide skin care services as needed.
  • Engage in resident assessments and contribute to care planning.
  • Deliver nursing rehabilitation services to enhance residents' recovery.
  • Offer support to residents experiencing dementia.
  • Adhere to a structured schedule based on resident needs.

  • Uphold residents' rights, ensuring their dignity and overall welfare.
  • Report any concerns regarding residents to the supervisor promptly.
  • Promote resident independence and maintain confidentiality.

  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Perform any additional assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in skilled nursing, sub-acute, or assisted living environments preferred.
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant as mandated by state regulations.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Compassionate, dedicated, and dynamic approach to care.
  • Proficient command of the English language.
