As we transition from the County's oversight, we are integrating a new ERP system and developing in-house treasury and cash management capabilities, alongside forming new banking partnerships and payment services.

Role Responsibilities:

This full-time hybrid position requires a candidate with a unique blend of project management and finance operations expertise. The Finance Operations Manager will be tasked with:

  • Overseeing the implementation of new financial systems and processes in accordance with the new ERP framework.
  • Facilitating the transition of financial responsibilities from the County to the new department.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while optimizing financial workflows.
  • Leading the establishment of new operational protocols and enhancing overall financial efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in accounting roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in treasury operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP accounting software, such as SAP or Tyler Munis.
  • Strong capabilities in Operations Management and Analytical thinking.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach, ready to tackle challenges and implement innovative solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly compensation for this role ranges from $50.00 to $60.00, with variations based on individual skills, experience, and educational background.

Benefit packages commence on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with options for HSA, FSA, and DCFSA accounts. Additionally, employees will have access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching, and are entitled to paid sick leave and other forms of paid time off as per applicable laws.
