Finance Manager

Haystack Consultants is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the financial management of our manufacturing processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and presentation.
  • Track expenses, perform reconciliations, and manage balance sheets and GL entries.
  • Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets and prepare various quarterly and year-end reports.
  • Lead and mentor a small accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and implement best practices in operational accounting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Valid CPA license.
  • Proven experience or familiarity with financial processes within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong passion for finance and accounting, with excellent people skills and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
