We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Nonprofit Program Coordinator to join our team at Charitable Allies.
About the RoleThis is a critical position that requires a unique blend of communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a focus on supporting nonprofit founders in achieving their goals.
Main Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to nonprofit founders, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, funders, and potential clients through regular communication and proactive outreach.
- Program Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of programs that meet the evolving needs of nonprofit founders and the broader community.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, with a focus on maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency.
- Financial Management: Review and process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to program standards.
- Communication: Develop and disseminate effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders, promote programs, and build partnerships.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, fundraising, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in basic business technology (Gmail, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to learn how to use software like Salesforce, Quickbooks, and CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects at once.
- Great communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- A desire to help nonprofit organizations reach their missions.
- A positive and 'can-do' attitude.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $62,500 per year, given the required skills and qualifications.
