We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Program Coordinator to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in maintenance-related systems and tools to drive continuous improvement within our department.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement efficient work order completion processes
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS (SAP)
  • Initiate purchase requisitions for MRO-related parts and services to support operations
  • Enforce site safety, environmental, and GMP rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting principles
  • Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with SAP system and its applications
