">Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Aviation Technician Program Coordinator to oversee all aspects of our Aviation Maintenance Technician program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and alignment with industry standards.
">Key Responsibilities- Supervise faculty and staff to foster a high-quality learning environment and support their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant aviation regulations and accreditation standards, maintaining the integrity and credibility of the program.
- Mentor and evaluate program coordinators to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and experience in program management. This is a full-time evening position with a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
