Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and monitoring patient care plans.
  • Coordinating with all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care under the oversight of the primary RN.
  • Assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • A BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • A Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 3 months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required within 6 months of hire.
