We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Sidecar, a full-service creative agency specializing in drinks marketing. This full-time role will provide administrative and marketing support to our Trade Advocacy and Operations teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the agency's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our Trade Advocacy Leaders and Brand Ambassador team, including auditing information in our reporting software, vendor setup and management, and event photo management.
    • Track, audit, and process invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Marketing Support
    • Assist with research and brief writing, maintaining databases, supporting agency social/digital channels, and helping with award submissions.
    • Support the Operations team with administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, organizing employee travel, and preparing for new hires.
  • Office Culture and Engagement
    • Help build and maintain a positive office culture by tracking and celebrating employee birthdays, planning office events and happy hours, and brainstorming employee engagement opportunities.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of work experience in administrative, marketing, or agency settings.
  • Exemplary organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech savviness and ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • An eye for design and ability to implement design-forward thinking.
  • A resiliently positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in social content development and management.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary (based on qualifications and experience).
