Job Summary:

The Office Manager Assistant provides administrative support to the START program, which includes Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Behavioral Health and Housing (BHH), and Autism initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining office duties, participating in fiscal and administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and tracking systems
  • Participate in employee acquisition and required documentation
  • Conduct regular audits for compliance
  • Provide administrative support to the START program team

Requirements:

  • High School diploma with five years of office management experience (preferably in the healthcare field)
  • Associate Degree from an accredited college with a major in Office Administration, Business, Applied Studies, Liberal Arts, or other related field with three years of related work experience (preferably in the healthcare field)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) with two years of experience in related work experience (preferably in the healthcare field)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • START Program Model Certification within one year of employment
  • Knowledge of medical record keeping and third-party reimbursement processes
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
