Position Overview

The Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in the success of our physical store locations. In this role, you will embody the Company's values while engaging with customers daily, and you will have the opportunity to grow as a sales professional within our expanding organization. Our stores are vibrant hubs where we aim to provide top-notch customer service in a friendly atmosphere while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Interaction

  • Proactively greet and engage with every customer.
  • Provide courteous and supportive guidance on style and fit.
  • Utilize extensive product knowledge to enhance customer interactions, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Build a personal clientele by actively seeking new business opportunities and mastering the art of custom fitting.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, repairs, alterations, and customer inquiries with care and empathy.

Store Operations

  • Maintain a clean, well-organized store and stockroom.
  • Assist in daily inventory management to ensure accuracy.
  • Support the management of clothing alterations.
  • Ensure the store is engaging and well-merchandised.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Availability to work weekends.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to navigate stairs while carrying merchandise.
  • Regularly perform store cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs safely.
  • Comfortable using ladders.
