Job Title: Customer Service Representative

At Whole Foods Market, we are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our Customer Service & E-Commerce programs. Your primary responsibilities will include leading processes that ensure a seamless checkout experience and efficient grocery delivery and pickup at our assigned store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and hold team members accountable for the same.
  • Establish clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders.
  • Monitor in-store and online customer flow, assigning tasks to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Stay informed about relevant competitors and industry trends.
  • Respond effectively to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Foster a positive team environment, promoting outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
  • Maintain team member safety and security standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards.
  • Develop, coach, mentor, and motivate team members to sustain a high-performing team and minimize turnover.
Requirements:
  • 12+ months retail experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Physical demands include standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday, hand use, and exposure to temperatures 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Benefits:

Whole Foods Market offers a competitive wage range of $20.50 - $31.50 Hourly, commensurate with experience.
