Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Representative to join our team at Retail Merchandising Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our retail stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely and accurately complete all assigned projects, which may include stock and organizing products, auditing product placement, and data collection.
  • Develop and maintain respectful, professional relationships with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
  • Continuously lift up to 10 pounds, stand and walk for up to 4 hours, and visually see small items, numbers, and codes.
  • Frequently lift up to 25 pounds, stoop and bend, kneel and crouch, and reach above and below shoulder level.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and climb stairs, use escalators, or elevators in assigned stores if needed.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of retail and/or merchandising operations.
  • Ability to read and understand retail terms and procedures as written.
  • Working knowledge of our company's software applications.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to retailers within a 15-mile radius of your home.
  • Internet access with downloading and printing capabilities.
  • Regular access to a smart device with an iOS or Android operating system and a data plan.
  • Email address and regular access to a phone with voicemail capability.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in-person, by phone, and through email.
