Corporate Human Resources Manager

Career Strategy Consultants is seeking a Corporate HR Manager to support various HR functions across the enterprise. The successful candidate will have experience in labor relations, employee relations, and benefit administration. The position will also involve developing strong relationships across the organization and delivering value-added contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support labor relations and collective bargaining agreement administration
- Manage employee relations, leave, and workers' compensation administration
- Administer benefits and develop employee engagement strategies
- Recruit and manage talent to meet business needs
- Develop and implement performance management systems
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in employee relations in both union and non-union environments
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and employment laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software
