About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Spurs Sports & Entertainment Membership Team as a Membership Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our season ticket members, supporting client retention initiatives, and collaborating with the Season Ticket Service & Retention Team to enhance the fan experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide game night support to season ticket members, interacting with them in-person and providing customer service and support as needed.
  • Support the Season Ticket Service & Retention Team with client retention initiatives, including special event execution and Spurs season ticket benefit fulfillment.
  • Utilize the Archtics Ticketing System to update customer-relationship management (CRM) database in a timely and accurate manner following fan interactions.
  • Streamline communication with face-to-face interaction and service requests to appropriate individuals and departments.
  • Act as a liaison between Spurs Sports & Entertainment and Season Ticket Members with game night service requests.
Requirements
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work 2 to 3 days per week.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer skills required.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated individual.
  • Ability to work with all types of people.
  • Ability to adapt to changing projects.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
