TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Location: Remote (Texas & other states)
The Territory Account Manager is responsible for managing accounts and customers, as well as overseeing the execution of sales programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage assigned territory. Evaluate internal and external sales performance to ensure customer satisfaction and reach sales target. Develop specific sales plans to achieve sales target and increase the market share of the company in assigned territory.
• Seek business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the position in the industry including supermarkets, distributors, wholesalers and restaurants.
• Create new business relationships and manage existing accounts. Build relationships with restaurants, suppliers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and other referral sources.
• Introduce and increase the number of Company’s SKUs in restaurants and provide support to source the company products.
• Develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines. Work closely with assigned channels/customers to achieve sales targets. This will include product education, research, competitive analysis, product penetration, development and execution of advertisement and promotional programs, and various plans and reports.
• Set up and control approved budgets for sales promotion plan.
• Prepare quality plans, budgets, presentations and reports as required.
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or related field; and a minimum of 8 years of management experience.
• The individual must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work independently in cross-functional teams to achieve established goals.
• The individual must possess a valid driver’s license with insurance.
• The individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
• Bilingual language skill in Mandarin Chinese is require
