As a key member of our Department Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of retail and pet care associates in delivering a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents.

About Your Role

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for setting the standards for customer engagement, ensuring that every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores. You will work closely with your team to create a personalized shopping experience for our customers.

  • Pet Parent Engagement: You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Associate Leadership: You will lead a team of retail and pet care associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Overall Retail Initiatives: You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
