We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Atlantic Group. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with the planning and execution of Board and Committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and minute-taking.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support for events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication systems, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other productivity software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
