Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and administering contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer contracts, including contract negotiation, execution, and closeout
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve contract management processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, law, or engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Active US TOP SECRET DoD security clearance and the ability to obtain a US TOP SECRET SCI security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • NCMA and/or IACCM certification
  • Experience working in a virtual team environment
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers
