Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate production machinery to execute similar tasks or produce comparable components.
  • Adapt to short-duration jobs requiring frequent adjustments in setup and variations in individual cycles.
  • Exercise moderate control over product quality, ensuring adherence to established standards.
  • Follow specific written or verbal instructions and general operating practices, applying sound judgment and selectivity.
  • Set up machines by managing multiple variables effectively.
  • Load raw materials into machines, manually operate them, adjust cycles as necessary, and unload finished products.
  • Conduct routine checks on products for various characteristics using standard measuring instruments.
  • Adjust setups and process operations as needed to maintain quality.
  • Keep accurate production records and monitor product quality against control charts.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
