Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate production machinery to execute similar tasks or produce comparable components.
  • Manage short-duration jobs requiring frequent adjustments and variations in individual cycles.
  • Exhibit moderate oversight of product quality.
  • Follow specific written or verbal directives and general operational practices, applying judgment and selectivity.
  • Set up machinery necessitating the consideration of multiple variables.
  • Load raw materials into machines, manually operate, adjust cycles, and unload finished products.
  • Conduct additional operations manually or with basic machinery. Regularly inspect products for various characteristics using standard measuring tools.
  • Modify set-up and operational processes as needed.
  • Maintain production documentation and monitor product quality against established control benchmarks.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
