Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Billing Clerk to join our team at WOTM - Partners Professional. As a key member of our Professional Division, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day billing processes, creating and issuing invoices to customers, and ensuring accurate and timely billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and databases.
  • Process and issue invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing-related issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Billing Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
