Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative at Connexa Worx plays a pivotal role in delivering outstanding support to our clientele. This position entails addressing customer inquiries, resolving challenges, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to fostering a positive customer experience.

Salary Range: $950 - $1200 weekly
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with detailed product information, pricing, and availability.
- Manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
- Maintain precise customer records and update account information as necessary.
