Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Assurance team at Bernard Robinson & Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and professionalism of our client reports and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proofread and edit financial reports and client documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure all files are updated and saved securely.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software to maintain efficient processes.
  • Prepare reports, financial statement templates, and client letters for distribution.
  • Ensure timely distribution of documents for audit and review.
  • Support the team with special projects and maintain supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
