Work Schedule
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM
- On-Site Requirement: Physical presence at the corporate office is necessary during office hours.
- Compensation: $ / hour ($62,400 - $72,800 / year) based on experience and location.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrates responsibility and takes pride in their work.
- Fluent in English with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Human Resources and the HR department with administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain personnel, medical, and confidential files.
- Conduct virtual interviews for assigned job openings.
- Source candidates through job search engines and recruiting platforms.
- Prepare interview materials for the interviewing team.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Administer FMLA paperwork and monitor leave statuses.
- Manage Worker's Compensation claims and track progress.
- Conduct stay and exit interviews with current and departing employees.
- Track and report on HR metrics such as turnover rates and time to fill positions.
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
