**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Solar Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maximizing the customer purchase experience by educating them about the benefits of solar energy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Educate potential customers about the accessibility and benefits of solar energy
  • Sell residential solar solutions over the phone and via webinar to homeowners in designated areas
  • Connect with quality leads and generate referral leads from satisfied customers
  • Utilize education-based approach to persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and communication through our CRM program
  • Prospect for potential leads to generate a pipeline and build a new book of business

**Requirements**

  • Reliable self-starter with a desire to grow your career in the solar industry
  • Ready to invest time and hard work to be a part of a leading company in a growing industry
  • Passionate and driven to succeed in sales
  • Outstanding sales, communication, and motivational skills
  • Proficient in CRM management and consultative selling
  • High School Diploma and three to five years of experience in a sales role
