Job Title: Patient Services Supervisor

Job Summary:

As a Patient Services Supervisor with Compass Group Careers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful operation and customer service of the Food & Nutrition Services Department. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an energetic and ambitious individual seeking a career in the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient satisfaction by meeting and exceeding stated expectations.
  • Provide personalized menu alternatives to accommodate food allergies, sensitivities, cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to evaluate patient meal selection, tray completion, delivery, and retrieval processes.
  • Resolve patient concerns and complaints promptly and report to supervisor as necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of food quality, sanitation, infection control, and facility-related activities.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of food service experience.
  • Background in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, and/or related food service operations.
  • Knowledge of food trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
  • Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
