Position Overview:
As a vital member of our restaurant leadership team, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for guiding the Squad Crew in delivering exceptional pizzas and salads to our guests with flair and personalization. You will embody the essence of service, fostering an environment where every guest enjoys a unique pizza experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Exemplify MOD values and maintain a service-oriented mindset through effective leadership.
- Cultivate a vibrant atmosphere that aligns with customer expectations.
- Mentor Shift Supervisors to sustain high energy and a positive environment during shifts.
- Train and guide the Squad in all operational tasks.
- Ensure adherence to all operational standards and resources.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to engage with the local community.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service or restaurant leadership roles.
- Proven experience in leading, coaching, and motivating frontline staff.
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
