Position Overview
As a vital member of our Restaurant Leadership team, Shift Supervisors are responsible for guiding the Squad Crew in delivering exceptional pizzas and salads to our guests with flair and personalization. You will exemplify what it means to serve and create an environment where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

In this role, you will lead the preparation of pizzas for various preferences, catering to everyone from veggie lovers to culinary adventurers. Together, we aim to create a welcoming atmosphere where pizza is personal, and everyone feels included.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exemplify MOD values and foster a service-oriented mindset through effective leadership.
  • Contribute to creating the vibrant MOD atmosphere that our customers expect.
  • Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy levels and a positive work environment.
  • Train and guide the Squad in all operational tasks.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all operational standards and resources.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to engage with the broader community.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or restaurant leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate frontline staff.
  • Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
